Objectives of the position

Continue to delivers service products at customer sites in a manner consistent towards mission statement in view of organisation\'s image, product design philosophy, and accreditation
Performs verification, preventative maintenance, repair, troubleshoot and installing systems. Exceeding customers\' expectation

Provide basic preventative maintenance, verification, repair, and installation services at customer sites that are conforms to the applicable quality management system / accreditation documents
Maintaining a strong emphasis on administrative tasks as assigned to service activities that are in accordance with service procedures.
Assists in the promotion of sales that are additional organisation\'s product offerings
Continuous improvement of technical and non-technical skill sets via company sponsored training classes and self-directed educational programs.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
Min 2 years of directly related experience in a service / preventative maintenance or technical / mechanical repair environment
Knowledge of and experience repairing Electro-mechanical (closed loop control) systems
Ability to comprehend and interpret basic technical information involving mechanics, electronics and materials science
Must be able to interpret blueprints and schematics.
Ability to understand Quality Systems and their intent.
