Job Description
:
Responsibilities
- Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, on-site calls.
- Provide technical report when required
- Provide guidance and technical assistance to the team
- Carry out repair, replacement of parts, testing and commissioning, maintenance, attend Emergency call when require and other duties when required
- To perform other support roles as and when required.
- Able to hands on such as replacement of compressor, brazing work and leak test when required.
- Diagnosing the cause and recommend prompt and effective solutions to technical problems.
- Schedule daily works and manage manpower allocation.
- Safety briefing to team members.
- Prepare Risk Assessment and Method statement when required
- Higher NITEC/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of technical experience in the related industry with knowledge in air-conditioning, Chiller or HVAC systems.
- Computer Skills and MS office is a must.
- Ability to read electrical diagram
- Able to perform 24/7 standby duties, ability to support after office hour and weekend when required.
- Able to work independently minimum supervision.
- Able to commit to working days: Tuesday - Saturday. Sunday and Monday are off days.
