Field Service Engineer [ Security systems, networking systems , IT security ]

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday - Friday
Working Days: 5 Days
Office Location: Genting Lane
Work Location: Islandwide

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting,

software enhancement, bug fixes, testing and commissioning to meet project

requirements

• Participate in meetings regarding project planning, installation and maintenance of

security systems

• Perform other on site activities related to functionality for software and hardware

systems (e.g. backend and frontend equipment for various systems not limited to

Access Control, Auto-Gate/Barrier, CCTV and Intrusion Detection etc.)

• Responding to fault calls

• Identify and report all issues and potential problems

• Suggest and implement solutions

• Supervise and direct onsite team (e.g. technicians)

• Draft and submit reports

• Contribute to technical assessments and support projects and maintenance

inspection activities

• To be responsible for operationality of systems deployed

• System design and drafting diagrams using AutoCAD, etc.

• Liaise with customer on works when needed

• Adhere to company\'s given rules and regulations

Requirements:

• 1 year (or more) proven experience as a field engineer

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronic & Computer Engineering, Mechanical

Engineering and other related fields

• Ability to travel and work according to a changing schedule

• Familiarity with security systems, networking systems or IT security will be an

advantage

• Experience with managing and preserving technical equipment and tools related to

security systems

• Class 3 Driving License (will be an advantage)
