They provides cutting-edge medical and safety technology, offering solutions for healthcare, industrial safety, and workplace infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and protection across diverse environments.
They are looking for an Field Service Engineer to join their growing team. The ideal candidate for this role should have the experience in ICU medical equipment installation, maintenance, customer service, service contract management, and safety. The Job

• Device Installation & Maintenance - Conducts installations, basic technical training, and plans for warranty, corrective repairs, and maintenance.
• Technical Updates - Executes upgrades and service bulletins to ensure equipment is up to date.
• Sales & Marketing Support - Assists with demos, exhibitions, workshops, and related projects.
• Service Reporting & Communication - Escalates field issues to service management and maintains timely, accurate service data and documentation.
• Customer Satisfaction - Delivers high-quality service to meet maintenance schedules and ensure client satisfaction.
• Compliance & Additional Duties - Adheres to safety responsibilities and supports other duties as assigned by the Service Manager.

The Talent

• Minimum Degree / Diploma in Engineering/Electronics or Equivalent
• At least 7 years of technical experience preferable in after sales support in medical industry.
• Class 3 driving license is preferred.
• Proficient in customer service skills, Microsoft Office, and IT-related networking skills.
• Strong ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
