Field Service Engineer (medical Devices/ Equipment)

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Planning of corrective and preventive action visits for local customers.
- Provide technical support to local customers as needed to ensure customer needs are met.
- Adhere to procedures and processes to ensure department\'s KPI are met.
- Report issues and customer feedbacks to his supervisor or regional support team.
- Manage key accounts that are being assigned.
- Review and maintain spare parts in own c-location needed to support local operations.
- Provide 24hrs standby for local customers on a weekly rotational basis (allowances provided)
- Degree or Diploma in Biomedical / Mechatronics / Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years or more of relevant field service experience in In Vitro Diagnostics or medical devices.
- Experience in handling of Haematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis products would be a plus
- Experience in handling medical devices including troubleshooting and servicing would be a plus
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to communicate complex technical/ clinical content.
- Good working attitude with a sense of urgency.
