Field Service Engineer, Ocean TechnologiesField Service Engineer to provide top-notch customer support for onshore and offshore technical issues.Responsibilities:- Focus on customer support, commissioning, and service for company products- Provide remote support and maintain good relationships with clients- Prepare and execute work assignments, ensuring high performance- Generate service reports, update drawings, and maintain databases- Commission, service, and repair supplied underwater systems- Liaise with customers and main office on pre-commissioning, maintenance, and operation- Cover South-East Asia, Oceania, and other regions as needed- Perform ad-hoc duties as assignedQualifications and Experience:- (Entry Level) Min. Bachelor/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic or Mechatronic background- 1+ year of customer service experience- Technical hands-on experience with Single/Multi beam systems and underwater acoustics systems- Experience with underwater survey, positioning, and Long Base Line/Hydro-acoustic Aided Inertial Navigation- Technical experience with marine sensors, sonar, and hydrography (preferred)- Functional test and verification experience (preferred)- Project management and commissioning experience (added advantage)- Proficient in MS Office and marine survey software- Good knowledge of computer networks and topology (added advantage)Skills:- Meticulous and customer-oriented- Team player with willingness to travel- Develops business vision and translates into strategy- Acts on initiative, makes things happen, and accepts responsibility- Analyzes complex issues, communicates clearly, and pursues learning opportunitiesInterested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click "apply now" an updated copy of your resume in MS Word format.We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.PERSOLKELLY Singapore Pte Ltd
