Field Service Engineer [ Pcb / Probe Card ]

Job Description
- Working location: Ang Mo Kio
- Working days: 12 Hours Shift (3 days / 4 days per week, 9am - 9pm)
- PCB / probe card / repair / maintenance / manufacturing
- Card repairs / pin replacement / evaluations / improvents
- At least Diploma / Above in Electrical and Electronics / Electrical or equivalent
- At least 2 years\' experience in Electrical Wafer Sort / Final Test Testing
- Troubleshooting & Isolation of problems
- Able to read PCB schematics
- To support customer site for TP probe cards on the following:
- Card repairs
- Pin replacement id possible
- Advise customer on technical details for evaluations / improvements etc
- Liaise with HQ Italy for any issues / technical documents / evaluations / follow up
- Work with HQ vertical repair team for cards send back to HQ Italy
- Report / trackers update for internal and customer
- Support overseas sites if necessary
