Our client is a microelectronic industry leader in design, development, manufacture, sale and support of advanced semiconductor wafer probe cards:

To support customer site for TP probe cards on the following:
Card repairs
Pin replacement if possible
Advise customer on technical details for evaluations / improvements etc
Liaise with HQ Italy for any issues / technical documents / evaluations / follow up
Work with HQ vertical repair team for cards send back to Singapore
Report / trackers update for internal and customer
Support overseas sites if necessary

Requirements:

Education: Diploma and above
Working Experience: At least 2 years\' experience in Electrical Wafer Sort / Final Test Testing
Skills: 1. Troubleshooting & Isolation of problems
2. Able to read PCB schematics
