Duties and responsibilities

Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.
Excise flexibility at work such as to travel to customer sites on short notice and/or to work within the customer work environment and hours, together with night shifts whenever necessary
Manage all on site installation, troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance and testing.
Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.
Testing and commissioning at customer sites.
Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner

Qualifications, Skills, Experience

Education - Nitec / ITE / Diploma in M&E / Electrical Electronic / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Experience - Min 2 years' experience in servicing appliances / equipment / machines. Able to troubleshoot and repair both electrical and electronic components inside the machine / equipment
Language - Strong communication skills in English (both oral and written)
