Job Purpose Provide installation, troubleshooting, repairs, testing and maintenance of field devices professionally, delivering service success that maximizes customer satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities \xe2\x97\x8f Conduct site survey/assessment together with the project lead. \xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for all on site robot setup/commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, repairs and scheduled maintenance. \xe2\x97\x8f Exercise flexibility at work such as to travel to different customer sites on short notice and/or to work within the customer\xe2\x80\x99s work environment and hours, together with night shifts whenever necessary. \xe2\x97\x8f Drafting and submitting service/ fault reports to superiors and other key individuals. \xe2\x97\x8f Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner Qualifications, Skills, Experience \xe2\x97\x8f Education \xe2\x80\x93 Nitec / ITE / Diploma in M&E / Electrical Electronic / Electrical Engineering or equivalent \xe2\x97\x8f Experience \xe2\x80\x93 Min 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in servicing appliances / equipment / machines. Able to troubleshoot and repair both electrical and electronic components inside the machine / equipment \xe2\x97\x8f Language \xe2\x80\x93 Strong communication skills in English (both oral and written) \xe2\x97\x8f Tools - Basic knowledge on handling mechanical, electrical and electronic tools. \xe2\x97\x8f Able to perform simple network and software configuration. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month Schedule:
