What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do
Responsible in performing on-site installation, qualification, commissioning, repair and plan maintenance for Cytiva\xe2\x80\x99s equipment.
Involve in Digital & Automation Project installations on the ground.
Providing quality services as per company\xe2\x80\x99s service guidelines and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set forth in your respective team.
Timely and proper input of services performed in the company\xe2\x80\x99s database (CRM)
Collaboration and working closely with cross functional teams (commercial, logistics, product and leadership) to enhance customer experience.
Adhering to company health and safety guidelines.

Who you are
Graduate with bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or diploma or equivalent in Computer Science or Control System or Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering or Industrial & Systems Engineering Programme
At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Field Services or Digital/Automation projects
Ability to work with limited supervision and with good problem-solving skills when faced with complex issues.
Strong work ethics and able to maintain good rapport with customers and internal team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Other ASEAN language is a plus.
Able to travel extensively and on short notice across Singapore and ASEAN.
