Job Responsibility:
- Support installation activities in Customer Site
- Support on customer requirement and problem solving
- Perform and maintain proper documentation
- Manage all aspects of the product or project implementation
- Communicate with department manager update on operation & sales progress
- Support on line issue, provide necessary on-site support, troubleshooting, service and repair of customer's semiconductor equipment
- Perform and maintain proper documentation
Requirements:
- Comfortable with 12hrs fixed/rotating shift
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Min 0-2 yrs relevant experience
- Min Nitec/Diploma in related field
