• Provide Expertise relating to installation, dismantling, transfer, repair or maintenance of any machine or equipment at client production premises * Verify recommended repair works for equipment and system failures are implemented * Lead ro Provide Expertise relating to installation, dismantling, transfer, repair or maintenance of any machine or equipment at client production premises Verify recommended repair works for equipment and system failures are implemented Lead root cause analysis of equipment and system failures and malfunctions, and develop reports Commissioning or audit of equipment. Collaborate with internal stakeholders on operations Comply with operational plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for equipment and systems Work hand-in-hand with co-workers to ensure compliance with the organisational Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and Environmental Management Systems (EMS) Monitors customer equipment performance indices and performs schedules preventive maintenance (PM) with customer when required. Handling testing and troubleshooting of the components and/or final assembled equipment Able to work in cleanroom environment Understanding electrical/mechanical diagrams and drawings Responsible for daily/weekly maintenance and troubleshooting of the Tools and Equipment Complete reports, test sheets, engineers' reports and other documentation in a clear concise manner to communicate to the internal team. Provide daily updates, including site reports when on service work. Communicate constructively. Take full responsibility for the quality of work. Work in a safe and organized way. Others/ Ad-hoc as and when required. Requirement : Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics, Triple Es or related field. 2-3 years of experience in machinery installation, repair and servicing from semiconductor industry or precision engineering industry.
