Our client is a leading Medical devices provider. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Field Service Manager to join their Engineering Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central area - easily accessible.
Duties of Field Service Manager:
Lead and manage a service team to ensure high-quality after-sales support, including equipment installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance.
Provide hands-on support for complex technical issues and escalations.
Develop and implement service strategies, workflows, and standards to ensure timely and efficient customer support.
Act as a technical advisor to clients, ensuring strong customer relationships and satisfaction.
Review service reports, track performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Electrical or other related discipline
5 years of relevant experience
Experience leading or managing a team
Possess own transport is an added advanatge
