Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS
- Technology Course
- Minimum 3-5 years of related experience
- Requires to set-up,installs and qualifies equipment and tooling in customer site and also required to train customers on how to use equiment and tooling with reference to manual.
- Keeps track of equipment purchased by the Customer
- Helps to resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Installs new hardware and software
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer service.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Coordinates with BU Manager on regular business review, for the effective execution of equipment and tooling qualification.
- Other duties maybe assigned as deemed necessary by BU Manager
