Requires to set-up,installs and qualifies equipment and tooling in customer site and also required to train customers on how to use equiment and tooling with reference to manual.
Keeps track of equipment purchased by the Customer
Helps to resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Installs new hardware and software
Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer service.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Coordinates with BU Manager on regular business review, for the effective execution of equipment and tooling qualification.
Other duties maybe assigned as deemed necessary by BU Manager
