We are looking for a
Field Support Engineer
to join our team and support IT systems and peripherals across localRetail and F&B outlets
in Singapore.This role is ideal for
ITE fresh graduates
who are passionate about technology and eager to gain hands-on experience in the field.Responsibilities:
Provide on-site technical support for IT products and peripherals. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Assist with installations, upgrades, and maintenance. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations. Participate in overseas training and implementation projects.
Requirements:
ITE Diploma in IT, Electronics, or related field. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel for training and project deployments. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
