Field Support Responsibilities

Configure all EUCDs with standard operating system and all approved software before deployment.
Configure existing and new EUCDs to allow authorized end-users to access all of the standard desktop software, applications and network resources.
Perform troubleshooting and resolve of EUCDs issues via ticketing tools. Ensure all SLA are met.
Support day to day IT operation on asset and patch management.
Develop, implement and administer IT projects pertaining to user computing using wired or wireless technology.
Update/review documentation on EUCDs related. Developing user guides and provides FAQ to Service Desk (Level 1) support.
Work closely with Operation Manager and Agency\xe2\x80\x99s Technology Manager to ensure that projects/implementation are implemented successfully and on schedule.
Strong computer skills and ability to trouble shoot and diagnose the root cause with minimum supervision.
Required perform scheduled weekend & off office hours duties

Requirements

Minimum Diploma or higher qualification in IT.
At least 1 years of experience in supporting user computing domain especially in Government agencies\xe2\x80\x99 environment.
Possess ITIL Foundation 3.0 and CompTIA A+ 220-801/220-802 certification.
