• College level or vocational
• Willing to do fieldwork
• Computer literate

• Closely works with the GHL Operations Team in resolving customer/clients issues in a timely manner and as prescribed by GHL's policies;
• Supports GHL and its Customer Support Team in the installation, pull out, maintenance, and servicing of GHL's Electronic Funds Transfer at Point of Sale (EFTPOS) equipment;
• Assists GHL and its Customer Support Team in providing training on equipment and card acceptance to its merchants/clients;
• Assists GHL and its Customer Support Team in the implementation of hardware/software upgrades projects;
• Assists the GHL Operations Head and/or the Customer Support Team Leads in rectifying hardware/software issues;
• Accomplishes Activity Report (AR) upon completion of one's task via GHL's M3 Offline Application and updates all needed information and captures the signature of merchant representative, as needed;
• Submits DTR and attendance-related documents to GHL Operations Head for verification and endorsement in a timely manner;
• Returns immediately all devices, SIM cards, and accessories belonging to GHL, which are negatively installed or pulled out from merchants/clients within five (5) working days. Failure to liquidate devices/accessories to GHL shall be dealt with accordingly and the amount shall be charged depending on the value of the device/accessories;
• Files the proper documents, e.g. reimbursement and cash advance forms, within thirty (30) calendar days after the activity has been completed. The reimbursement claims should be properly supported with valid receipts and, if applicable, service reports;
• Follows the GHL's Company and Operations Policies, notwithstanding policies of its employer/outsourcing agency;
