QUALIFICATIONS:- At least college level or vocational graduate of computer/electronics course- With minimum of 2yrs technical work experience- Can start immediately(A brief but complete statement about the reason for the existence of the Position)1. Actively participates in the daily technical departmental meetings conducted by his superiors. Discusses the details of customer service issues handled with the corresponding action taken. Shares information with other technicians to help them handle similar cases. Submits Company forms duly filled up and signed by him and the client, together with any print out as evidence of the machine's condition before and after the service was done.2. Continuously improves product knowledge to provide better service to clients. Targets to have no back jobs so as not to create a negative impression of the Company and not to waste its resources.3. Assists clients with their simple troubleshooting problems over the telephone whenever asked to do so.4. Assists with exhibits or other promotional activities as warranted.5. Provides strong support in the successful implementation of Company-wide programs and activities that will create a happy and positive working environment that fosters unity within the group and with other departments.6. Maintains a clean and orderly Technical office and showroom by not littering and by helping to clean up.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php10,000.00 - Php10,500.00 per monthBenefits:
