Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Field Service Roles
Coordination of digital solution implementation
Testing & commissioning of digital solutions
Support troubleshooting on field
Basic Service, IoT solution configurations
Virtual Service Roles
Monitoring & responding to events/alarms of installed based at command centre
Logging of activities, daily monitoring of status & backup management
Liaise with 3rd party command centre for incident management
Work directly with operations & field engineers onboard installed based
React and advise on failure mode rectification
Support root cause analysis and troubleshooting remotely
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma /Degree in Engineering
Marine/Operations and Field Service experience preferred
In Depth offshore/marine system (equipment level & control system level) understanding
Prior maintenance planning know how
Basic Understanding of construction drawings (SLD & PNID)
Basic IT programming knowledge preferred
Has high integrity, mature and self-motivated
Organisational and time management skill is a must
Enthusiastic and passionate
A team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work well with both internal and external stakeholders
