Finance & Accounting Manager Working Day: Monday " Friday (4 days in Office, 1 day from Home) Working Hour: 8:30am - 5:30pm // 9am - 6pm Office Location: Jurong East, Singapore Salary Range: $4,50 Finance & Accounting Manager Working Day: Monday ' Friday (4 days in Office, 1 day from Home) Working Hour: 8:30am - 5:30pm // 9am - 6pm Office Location: Jurong East, Singapore Salary Range: $4,500 - $6,500 : 1. Financial / Accounts Reporting Responsible for the company's financial budgets and preparation of periodic financial reports/statements for management and statutory purposes Deliver insights from sales reporting/P&L to influence plans and strategies. Responsible for the timely preparation and completion of the annual report and ensuring compliance with the prevailing law and regulations 2. Statutory Reporting, Audit and Tax Responsible for liaising with the Management and internal and external auditors on finance and tax related matters Assist in tax compliance and statutory matters, liaising with statutory bodies and providing explanation on movement of accounts, filing statistics and etc. 3. Cash Flow Management and Forecast Assist in evaluating new business/ outlet expansion opportunities and perform analysis and audit for business acquisitions Direct and control all financial and accounting systems to ensure timely and reliable financial services and information flow Responsible for the proper management of the company's cash funds and resources and maintain a set of records concerning banking arrangements 4. Accounting and Administration Develop and direct the company's overall financial strategy, plans and accounting practices and policies Able to demonstrate experience in both management expertise and leadership capability Demonstrated an ability to build a cost-effective team that draws the potential and capability of individuals 5. Internal Controls Oversee Finance functions and ensure their operating effectiveness and compliance with regulatory requirements Review financial control systems, policies and procedures by identifying weaknesses and recommending improvement 6. Others Perform such other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Management from time to time Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accountancy or ACCA, or other relevant professional certification. Registered with MIA or with CA Singapore status is an advantage. Candidate should have at least 5 years of working experiences in finance and accounting role with managerial capacity. Audit experience is an added advantage. Experience in financial and management reporting background with F&B and or retail related business coupled with audit experience in accountancy firms is a plus. Familiar with general accounting principles, regulations, compliance requirement, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
