Talent:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree
• Minimally 1 year experience in product management. Prior background in consumer banking or related industry is a strong advantage
• Preferably prior experience in handling loans product management or similar end-to-end product life cycle
• Self-driven and able to work independently under timeline pressure
• Good communication skills and strong team player
• Able to manage and work with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Digitally Propose and execute campaigns for unsecured loans products
• Execute Unsecured Loan product portfolio initiative/ activities
• Responsible for managing first line response to product and services enquiries from touch points and support units
• Participate in testing and implementation of system related initiative and enhancement
• Initiate process improvement for Unsecured Loan products
• Support regular reporting, adhoc task and administrative matters
• To execute marketing communication and campaign driving Unsecured Loan portfolio revenue and digital usage (Book schedule, raise criteria request, ensure timeline is met)
• To review marketing content, T&Cs and messages relating to Unsecured Loan products
