Bi-Monthly forecast of PB Financial Performance for submission to Management/ FICON in accordance to stipulated timeline.
Streamline the PB reporting process in order to prepare the required reports efficiently and accurately
Preparation of CPM File \xe2\x80\x93 Loans, Deposits and Fees to support the bi-weekly forecast of Net Interest Income
To work closely with relevant stakeholders, and partnering PB business units by providing value-added inputs and advices.
Preparation of Income by BU including the reconciliation from Local Book to Performance Book. Understand the various drivers resulting in the differences between Local Book to Performance Book.
Assist to provide variances analysis on the Financial Performance of PB/CB
Assist to prepare and track the Business Units performance versus the Budget/Plan, and advise accordingly on each unit performance to the Chief Executive Officer of the Branch.
Assist in monitoring of actual OPEX against plan, and communicate to the respective HOD on the OPEX usage on a monthly basis.
Main contact person for PB businesses in providing valuable inputs to stakeholders queries.
Quarterly
Prepare the power-point slides to support the FICON presentation during the quarterly PB meeting.
Annually
To assist in the Yearly Budget and 5-year forecast for PB, and assist in the preparing of bank-wide budgets for the OPEX and CAPEX
To assist in preparing the disclosures section of the Annual Financial Statements
To assist in PB replacement system project, without any hiccups or show-stopper
To assist in any other ad-hoc projects driven by Finance & Accounting Team
To perform any other duties as may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong Financial accounting knowledge skills
Knowledge and understanding of the SAP and FCC system
Knowledge and understanding of Banking Products and their accounting treatments
Knowledge and understanding of Regulatory, International Financial Reporting Standards, and internal management reporting requirements
PC skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and Powerpoint
