Job Title: Finance & Accounting Specialist (1 Year Contract)

- Ensure timely & accurate payment processing (telegraphic transfer, cheque, GIRO, etc) & compliance with financial policies to maintain good internal control system and operational processes for audit.- Handling Global Netting operation to ensure timely & accurate Global Netting Settlement to related groups of companies.- Perform Accounts Payables checking of vendor invoices and related documents submitted for processing of payments.- Perform payment duties for posting / checking of cost canters for bank charges, expenses & payments.- Prepare journal vouchers relating to Accounts Payables.- Review accounts payables status, identify and follow up with status of aged items.- Ensure timely monthly closing of Accounts Payable & clear bank reconciliation matters.- Support in Accounts Receivables function: checking & timely posting of incoming funds.- Assist in year end audit confirmation.- Assist in ad hoc, any other financial responsibilities & kaizen projects as requested.Job Requirements:
- Diploma with at least 1 year experience- Accounting working experiences, AP and AR operations, and prior exposure to SAP S4 Hana and Power BI will be preferred.- Poses good language/communication skills, good computer literacy and attention to details.- A team player and good communicator to liaise with various departments.- Ability to handle voluminous transactions when arises, and meet reporting deadlines.Compensation:
