If you\'re looking for a dynamic, fulfilling career coupled with flexibility and world-class employee experience, you\'ll find it here.About the jobThe SAS Education team is looking for a Training Operations Specialist tomanage programs and initiatives related to the administration and growth of a complex training function and to business operations.As a Training Operations Specialist, your role:

  • Manages and/or supports the development and execution of training programs; aligns programs with strategic business objectives. Analyzes business propositions and plans, investigates options, and recommends most appropriate course of action.
  • Includes handling processes within a company\'s training operations such as training enrollment, venue bookings, billing & invoicing, claims, and government-led programs such as AIML project.
  • Defines and implements standards and best practices to foster collaboration across various areas of the organization. Leverages internal knowledge of processes/procedures, methodologies and best practices to support training business initiatives.
  • Serves as a liaison between customer and other departments globally.
  • Builds relationships with internal clients that characterize partnership, cooperation and trust.
  • Provides regular reports to management on status of projects/programs.
  • Support business process improvements and continual improvements to maximize operational efficiency of the training organization.
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years experience related to area of coordination, company education/training operations
  • Bachelor\'s degree, preferable in Business, Marketing, or equivalent professional qualifications in business, finance, project management or Computer Science
  • Good knowledge of project management tools and processes
  • Excellent facilitation skills, including meeting content/agenda
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Travel as business requirements dictate at management discretion
