Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of payment listings, vouch documents for weekly operational payments
• Assist in preparing monthly budget vs actuals for all departments
• Assist in KPI reporting & monthly growth session decks
• Manage invoicing and billing requests
• Preparation of accounting schedules
• Follow up and check cash advance utilization proof with staff
• Ensure proper documentation such as tracking of receipts from vendors
• Record journal entries into the accounting system
• Assist in updating weekly bank statements
• Any other ad-hoc tasks/projects from the team

Requirements

• Existing students are welcome, preferably pursuing an Accounting degree.
• Able to commit for a minimum period of 6 months
• Hands-on and independent
• Good interpersonal skills
• Well-versed in MS Office
