Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring a Finance Admin Assistant (Full-time role) to join our fast-growing and vibrant team. He/she will report to the CFO.



Assist in processing and handling daily finance transactions including (but not limited to):

  • Preparation of payment vouchers & processing of payments
  • Preparing and checking claims
  • Invoicing
  • Preparation of Statement of Accounts and Debt recoverability
  • Maintenance of Account Files
Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, quarterly GST reports, annual financial statements and XBRL filing

Assist in liaising with external parties (such as Banks, Auditors, Regulators etc.)

Assist in ESG-related initiatives

Prepare claim submission

Other ad-hoc related duties

Requirements
  • Minimum diploma or degree in Accountancy or with relevant qualification
  • Flexible and able to constantly adapt and work in an everchanging environment
  • Technical and Detailed
  • Positive work attitude, motivated and initiative
