Responsibilities Union Air Freight (S) Pte Ltd is a fast-growing freight forwarding company and we are looking for a high calibre Senior Finance Manager. This is a newly created role due to business expansion and the planned retirement of our Finance/Admin Director in the coming 2 to 3 years. In this role, you will: \xc2\xb7 Be a key business partner to the Management Team to drive medium and long-term profitability, track performance and liaise with other departments to ensure business growth \xc2\xb7 Lead, coach and inspire the Finance/HR/Admin team (8-pax) \xc2\xb7 Oversee Finance, HR and Admin processes, including payroll and CPF/IR8A submission \xc2\xb7 Be involved in company digital transformation projects and lead the streamlining of Finance processes \xc2\xb7 Liaise with vendors (e.g, bankers, auditors, govt agencies, CAG/SAAA, insurers, recruitment agencies, IT, etc) for finance, HR, IT and other admin/corporate matters \xc2\xb7 Keep abreast with new financial and industry regulations and maintain professional network \xc2\xb7 Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need to go way beyond the technical competencies related to your finance role \xe2\x80\x93 you need to have excellent teamwork, strong analytical and communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional projects: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor in Accounting/ Finance or ACCA or equivalent \xc2\xb7 At least 8 - 10 years of relevant experience with supervisory experience \xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, to work effectively with management, staff of all levels and external customers \xc2\xb7 Appetite for new learning opportunities and versatility to take on new tasks and drive process changes \xc2\xb7 Positive, \xe2\x80\x98can do\xe2\x80\x99 hands-on attitude \xc2\xb7 Knowledge in logistics industry would be a plus Job Type: Full-time Salary: $6,000.00 - $9,500.00 per month Benefits:
