The position of Accounting & Finance Executive is a full-time position based in Singapore. You will:

• Prepare monthly journal entries, manage the full spectrum of financial accounting and reporting, prepare accurate and timely financial statements.
• Prepare, review tax computations, ensure timely filing & follow-up on GST and CIT, etc. Support tax planning to minimise tax impact and maximise tax incentives.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax, statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Manage payroll and payroll related matters.
• Make an annual forecast, monthly funds forecast and requirements, monitor forecast execution.
• Responsible for financial analysis, including revenue data, cost data, etc.
• Manage contract files, etc.
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties, including local tax and government authorities, external auditors, banks, etc.

Requirements:

• At least Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Above.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience.
• Familiarity with IFRS and Singapore local tax regulations.
• Advanced knowledge of MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Possess good understanding of work processes & internal controls and adopts a positive learning attitude.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Preferred: Experience relating to accounting, ACCA.
