Job Description


:

  • Maintain a full set of accounts which including AR, AP, cash book, and general ledger
  • Prepare monthly accounting schedules, financial statements, month-end, and year-end reporting
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring financial budgets, forecasts, and implementation of financial controls
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
  • Prepare quarterly GST report
  • Liaise with tax agent on income tax matters and annual tax computation
  • Liaise with external auditors for year-end audit
  • Liaise with secretarial on the passing of company resolutions
  • Liaise with bankers on update on the change of authorized signatory and any compliance required by banks
  • Handling government claims as well as audit queries on these claims.
  • Administrative and secretarial support to the team and superior
  • Any others job assigned
Requirement:
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in maintaining a full set of accounts
  • Preferably with experience in using ACCPAC accounting software
  • Good command of English will be an advantage
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
  • A good team player and able to multi-task effectively with minimum supervision
  • Proficient in MS Office especially in MS Excel
  • Able to commence work immediately will be an advantage
