About the role

The selected candidate will oversee day-to-day office operations in Singapore including but not limited to: managing the office operations and ensuring things run smoothly and efficiently, book flights and other travel/visa arrangements, meeting room scheduling and equipment set up.

What you'll do

  • Expense Management
  • Make travel arrangements for Singapore senior management
  • Manage Singapore office facilities including meeting rooms, reception area and look after office visitors needs and requirements
  • Liaise with Facilities team in maintaining office facilities
  • Coordinate and organize employee engagement events & programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What qualifications will you need to be successful?

  • Experience in Administrative / Secretarial experience in small to medium-sized organization
  • Knowledge of quality administrative practices and procedures (desirable)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Effective presentation skills - ability to create simple reports and email correspondences using various computer programs such as Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong internal motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong service orientation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Experience in customer service is a plus
