Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Financial Planning & Analysis work focuses on short and long-term financial planning and/or financial analysis of business operations for the purpose of measuring and forecasting future business performance
• Analysis of internal financial information (e.g., profit loss accounts, financial statements, working capital, costs, prices, expenses, revenues, rates of return, etc.)
• Develop, maintain, and provide financial information, plans and projections
• Perform analysis of financial studies and prepare summary reports for management
• Maintenance and planning of budget systems including standard costing
• Responsible for budgeting, estimation and monthly update operation including variance analysis, and its reporting to relevant parties
• Establish and prepare accurate and timely information for budget monitoring
• Provide finance/accounting expertise and advice to functional or operational areas managers to help them develop revenue and expense budgets, understand financial reports, and manage/improve their financial responsibilities
• Prepare Management Report (locally and to HQ) relating to control. Eg. Working Capital Report, Cash flow report, P/L report, inventory report, costing report
• Explains facts, policies and practices related to job area
• Handle manufacturing costing and inventory accounting
• Lead finance executive to achieve above responsibility

Requirements:

• Diploma in Finance or Accounting and above
• Min 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing costing and budgeting preparation
• Knowledge in SAP System will be advantage
