They are seeking a

Finance Associate / Analyst

to support their fast-growing financial operations. This role plays a critical part in transforming digital assets into yield-generating instruments and integrating them into the broader financial ecosystem -- enabling sustainable growth, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial projections for strategic planning. Assist in cash flow analysis and capital allocation planning. Conduct financial analysis and generate actionable insights to support decision-making. Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., HR, Operations, Product) and external partners to align financial goals with business objectives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 1-3 years of relevant finance experience, ideally in a technology company or fast-paced startup environment. Proficiency with financial software (e.g., Xero, Netsuite, QuickBooks, Oracle, or similar). Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Familiarity with crypto/blockchain accounting is a plus. CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory. English and Chinese language skills are required to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
