Description -
What a Finance Analyst (Worldwide Personal Systems Category) does at HP:

• Collaborate with business units to understand financial needs and performance drivers.
• Assist in cost allocation for budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Assist in analyzing and monitoring product and operational costs across business units.
• Participate in ad hoc projects such as cost optimization, financial modeling, or system improvements.
• Provide data-driven insights to inform pricing and operational decisions.
• Support the preparation of cost models, pricing scenarios, and margin analysis.

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Typically 0-1 years of working experience. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Self-starter attitude, with an eagerness to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to interpret and communicate financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with ERP or BI tools is a plus.
