Job Overview
Executes functions related to the recording, analysis and presentation of SQREEM\xe2\x80\x99s financial operations, including financial data collection, entry and report generation. In addition, is responsible for the general administration of the Singapore office.
Key responsibilities & duties 1. General accounting: a) Preparation of monthly management accounts & associated analyses b) Maintenance of accounts payables & vendor payments c) Maintenance of accounts receivables & client collection d) Cash control & forecasting 2. Liaison with Commercial: a) Revenue reporting, analysis & forecasting b) Following up on finance-related sales documentation & client matters (providing internal documents, completion of supplier forms, contracts, etc.) 3. Systems development: a) Upgrade financial information systems to ensure full control of the business b) Assist in implementation of commercial / CRM system 4. Office administration a) Ensure efficient running of the Singapore office, including liaising with landlord b) Dealing with government departments as necessary c) Assisting Management with day-to-day administration
