Job Description


Roles & Responsibilities – Finance & Administration Manager (Singapore/Malaysia)

Finance:

  • Ensure accurate, complete and timely submission of monthly financial and management reports to Head Office.
  • Full spectrum of financial and accounting functions
  • Review the financial procedures, internal controls and business processes
  • Ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, GST and corporate tax filing requirement, audits, and procedures.
  • Handle annual external audit, providing all the necessary clarifications and support to ensure a quality audit process timely.
  • Oversee stock take and inventory management.
  • Ensure timely and accuracy on year end statutory reporting.
  • Manage and lead a team of 4 in handling full sets of accounts (AP, AR G/L & Inventory), including review of journal entries, balance sheets, income statements & other reporting schedules.
  • Manage all legal and statutory requirements.
  • Manage the Company's cash flow, cash projection and set action plans
  • Liaise with Company secretary and External Auditors
  • Annual budgeting and ad-hoc forecasting processes with local management and Head Office.
Human Resources:
  • Prepare and process full cycle of full-time payroll.
  • Maintaining HR database and records.
  • Computation on sales commission.
  • Process all payroll related matters.
  • Prepare monthly CPF returns and IR8A before tax filing dateline.
  • Conduct HR/payroll audit and in charge of HR related government surveys by MOM.
  • Employee insurances and compensation.
  • Conduct staff hiring process and exit interviews.
  • Monthly/ yearly HR reports with variances analysis to Head Office.

Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Accountancy or any professional qualifications (ACCA/CA)
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience and 3 years of managerial experience.
  • Experience in luxury retail industry is an added advantage.
  • Advanced Excel skills, working knowledge of SAP/BW is advantageous.
  • Hands-on, analytical, meticulous, strong in processes and financial concept, problem solver.
  • Experiences in using payroll software.
  • Possess a positive attitude, good leadership skills, interpersonal communication skill.
  • Able to start immediately is a plus.
