Job Description

The primary role of the Finance and Administrative Manager is to oversee the entire company finance functions as well as customer service department for our business in Japan. At the function levels, you will be reporting directly to our company CFO for our healthy cash flow management and investment decisions. At the same time, you will be heavily involved in development & day to day customer service operations to our customers in Japan, based on our company KPI.As Finance and Administrative Manager, you should have a great communication skill and take a holistic approach in managing the organization's operations.Responsibilities . Developing and implementing finance strategies aiming to promote and execute the organization's mission . Creating complete business plans for the attainment of goals and objectives set by the board of officers. . Ensure adherence of the organization's daily finance activities and mid-term to established policies and legal guidelines . Direct and oversee investment . Executing daily finance operation and present monthly performance dashboard to the board of officers. . Leading the customer service team to maintain high level of email customer services to our customers in Japan. . Devise remedial actions for any identified issues and conduct crisis management when necessaryEducationFinance and Administrative Manager position requires a bachelor's degree of economics related fields and 3-5 years of relevant experience, described above.Requirements, other Skills and Qualifications . 3+ years of Business administration Management, Customer Service Operation or related fields. . Proven experience as Service-Oriented Position . Experience in Internal or External Project Management Tracking Records . An analytical mind capable for "out-of-the-box" thinking to solve problems and providing ideas and proposal . Outstanding organization and leadership abilities . (PC Skill) Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point . Language Skill: (1) Advanced level Japanese (*As 90% of our customers are based in Japan, required to communicate in Japanese via email or video call), (2)Business level English (Company language as well as communicating with 3rd party service provider are in English)
