Process suppliers' external and inter-companies' invoices, employee reimbursements and payments. Reconcile monthly suppliers' & inter-company statements. Maintain good documentation and filing system. Assist in yearly stock count and support audit. Able to meet deadlines with minimum supervision. Perform any other work-related functions as deemed necessary and appropriate by immediate supervisor. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
