Finance Assistant Accountant

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating purchase and sales orders, posting daily goods receiving & delivery transactions and preparing shipment documents.
- Liaise with freight forwarder and scrap buyer for scrap shipment arrangement to Singapore.
- Liaise with local Banks to prepare letters and supporting documents for invoice financing loan related matters.
- Assist in monthly account closing by parking journals for sales cut-off, intercompany billing, etc.
- Check staff expenses claims for expatriates.
- Undertake adhoc assignments given by the Management.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma in accountancy, with at least 2 years’ working experience.
- SAP hands on experience is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Meticulous and responsible.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Being bilingual in written/spoken English and Mandarin will be an advantage.
