Perform full set accounting (General Ledger, Account

Receivables and Account Payables)

Assisting Head, Finance to ensure compliance of internal and accounting controls

Collecting rental-in-arrears from tenants

Assist in budgeting process and variance analysis

Submission of finance and regulatory reports to head office

Qualifications

Knowledge

  • Corporate governance in a listed company
  • Familiarity of property or real estate sector
  • Use of accounting systems \xe2\x80\x93 Voyager (Yardi)
  • Proficient in excel
Functional Skills
  • Application of Financial Reporting Standards (\xe2\x80\x9cFRS\xe2\x80\x9d)
  • Review of Financial Results
  • Management of Debts
  • Familiar with Full Set Accounting (General Ledger, Account
  • Receivables and Account Payables)
