Job Description
*Contributing financial models, feasibility studies, documentation & filing, and other administrative duties for the Corporate Planning Team.Duties & Responsibilities:1. Maintains and develops project financial models.2. Ensures accurate inputs for reliable and timely project analysis.3. Coordinates with internal project stakeholders for meaningful financial models.4. Prepares presentation materials.5. Prepares minutes of the meeting.6. Responsible for Corporate Planning documentation and record-keeping.7. Examines efficiency of project procedures.8. Perform related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.Job Qualifications:1. Bachelor's Degree holder in Math/Finance/Physics or equivalent.2. Highly adaptable, resourceful and can work under pressure.3. Excellent oral and written communication skills.4. Keen eye for detail.5. Great interest in the real estate industry.6. Proficient with MS Office.7. Good presentation skills.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php20,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per monthBenefits:
