Job Description

Two (2) Finance Associate - Collection (HQ - BGC): Finance Associate - Collection will be part of Income Team within the Finance Department. You will be in charge of the overall collection process of the area that will be assigned to you - monitoring, reconciliation and recording. You are expected to have critical thinking skills, analytical skills, good communication skills, and proficiency in MS Excel in order to perform daily and month-end tasks.Responsibilities: Daily monitoring and reconciliation of collection and bank remittances of assigned region Daily communication and reconciliation with person in charge of assigned area in relation to collections, bank transactions, and other income related transactions Preparation of journal entries related to collection and income of assigned area Monitor collection, and overage and shortages of assigned area Ensure compliance of assigned area in terms of billing, collection, invoicing and other income-related transactions Collaborate with the assigned area and with the team for month-end processesQualification: Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent With at least 1 year experience in the related field Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication skills Willing to report in BGC TaguigJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Php15,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per monthSchedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:
