Finance Associate / Senior Associate

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Compliance & Control
  • Assist in statutory, audit, tax, and regulatory reporting
  • Assist in strengthening the company's financial controls and work flows
  • Timely submission of statutory filings and regulatory reporting
• Financial Management & Reporting
  • Assist in the analysis of the Company's financial conditions.
  • Assist in day-to-day finance operations, including accounting for income & expenditure, and resolving potential issues.
  • Ensure all system postings to the GL are properly reconciled and accounted for
  • Investigate on discrepancies
• Team Participation
  • Ensure high level of team productivity through continuous automation of manual work.
  • Reviewing Finance's methodologies to continuously simplify processes
  • Sharing of experience with other staff
  • Assist in decision making in discussion with the head of finance and other key stakeholders

Key Requirements:

• • Degree in Accountancy
  • 2 years of accounting experience with a financial institution
  • Prior relevant experience with Big Four accounting firm is an added advantage
  • CA or equivalent is an advantage
  • Independent, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-pace environment
  • Basic knowledge in financial products
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (including written Chinese)
