Job Description
- Prepare Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation, Journal and Financial Statement
- Prepare Membership Billing Listings and Invoices for Organisations
- Get Quotations for Fixed Deposits
- Seek Signatures from Trustees and Excos for Banking and Investments
- Banking, filing, admin, customer services and any other adhoc duties as assigned by the Union
- Diploma in Accounting or relevant accounting qualification
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Good team player
- Meticulous and a fast learner with good communication skills
- Monday to Friday
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
- Local Polytechnic Diploma (Preferred)
- Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
