Team Introduction:
Tiktok\'s functions include departments such as HR&M, legal, finance, etc., providing backend support for Tiktok\'s various businesses. As a finance Business Partner(BP) in the functional department, you will gain a deep understanding of the operational logic of functional businesses, use financial knowledge and budget management tools to assist in achieving management goals, and drive business key decisions.
Responsibilities:
1. Management reporting: Prepare managerial financial reports, track business financial performance, and support local industry analysis and business intelligence research.
2. Operational Excellence: Collaborate with the global localized business team to manage and review the budget of local department\xe2\x80\x99s expenses, supervise and approve the budget implementation, involving OA project approval, contract, PR, and other approvals.
3. Financial analysis: Partner with business units, conduct multi-dimensional analyses and provide insightful and quality financial advice to facilitate informed decision-making.
4. Process Optimization: Build and optimize financial processes and related systems to enhance efficiency and mitigate business risks. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement changes.
5. Ad Hoc requests: Handle other operational finance tasks and respond to inquiries from business in a timely manner.
