Team Introduction Finance BP and Business FP&A is a sub-department of Finance. It aims to improve management efficiency, reduce financial risks and strengthen budget control by providing business analysis and management reports. Responsibilities: - Work closely with the business team and strategy team, provide optimized financial solution or advice to support business requirement. - Prepare managerial financial report and rolling forecast, track business financial performance and perform related financial analysis to ensure that the planning process provides an efficient and effective tool for Leadership team. - Provide financial models, analysis and support for commercial strategies - Manage the development and execution of the financial plan for company. - Completing cost / benefit analyses and communicating key drivers / inputs to support business decisions. - Conduct budget control, involve in business operations and review project applications. - Build and optimize financial processes, related systems and financial modeling to improve efficiency and control business risk. - Perform special ad hoc projects and analyses on a frequent basis Qualifications Qualifications: - 10+ years of FP&A, sales finance or related analytical experiences. High growth tech start-up experience and advertising experience preferred - Track record experience with complex financial planning & analysis - Exceptional data analytics skills.
