An internationally renowned European MNC company is hiring a Regional Finance Business Partner to manage the growth and development of one of its newer Business Units/Product Lines. The Regional Finance Business Partner will be a key member of the leadership team, working closely with the business and overseeing the performance of the South East Asia Market.
Key responsibilities: -
Understand the key drivers of growth and profitability to make recommendations that will drive the development of the business while balancing economic outcomes
Review month-end and annual financial reporting activities, including the preparation/review of working papers
Drive valuable insights and influence operational leadership through ad hoc analysis and decision support on strategic investments, and optimization initiatives
Work with the Commercial Finance Director to drive accountability around operational plans and financial results.
Build, maintain, and review data-driven models to help support financial reporting and analysis activities
Work with the Divisional Business Leader to ensure optimal allocation of budget to drive to target KPIs for network performance and customer retention
Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to influence and drive alignment across all divisional teams
Experience Required:
CA/CPA/ACCA Qualified
The successful incumbent will provide expert advice and guidance, enabling and influencing decision making in a "start-up" environment
7-10 years + of progressive finance / accounting experience with strong analytical, communication and technical skills
Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow and be capable of demonstrating solid analytical thinking
