Job Profile Summary: Finance Business Partner aims to support the Head of Controllership in making informed decisions. The scope covers supporting the budgeting and forecasting process, reviewing spending plan (ACR), work alongside different stakeholders and perform monitoring and tracking of various initiatives/projects among other responsibilities.
Key :
Support the team lead in advising the business on ACR related matters
Partner and guide business managers on the financial implications/analysis of the initiatives/projects
Generate/develop regular and adhoc financial reports for facilitating discussions and decision making with the business
Support the team lead on key initiatives and projects within the organisation
Work closely with Finance Governance team to ensure the smooth running of the budgeting process
Any other responsibilities as may be determined on an adhoc basis
Who we are looking for:
Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or other professional qualifications such as CPA/ACCA
Minimum 5-6 years of experience in a finance-related capacity. Knowledge of insurance industry and insurance accounting will be highly advantageous
Strong excel and powerpoint skills
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
High personal levels of motivation and delivery orientated focus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, thus ability to liaise and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
