Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore\'s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

Cash Handling

Provides support in cash exchanges, issuance and collection of floats, and any other related to cash handling

Able to handle and understand bulk cash volume handling

Processing of bulk coins receive (count, sort and pack)

Handles daily cash sales receipt with assigned cash vendor

Understanding of how a back-end cash supports unit works will be beneficial

Administrative support

Check, review and filling of day end report submitted by Business Units

Email details of discrepancies to Business Units

Manage back-end credit card charges, settlements and reporting

Review petty cash payment through online system

Review and check cash report given by cash vendor

Pack report into boxes for assigned storage vendor collection

Any other duties assigned

Requirements:

Minimum \'O\' levels or with relevant 1 year of working experience

Preferably with banking or cashiering experience

Administratively competent with knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Basic Accounting knowledge will be an advantage

Able to work independently

Meticulous and possess high level of integrity

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changes quickly

Able to work on weekends and public holidays with shift duties

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable with working in an outdoor environment
