Job Description


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of accounting and financing functions.
. Full Sets of Book Keeping.
  • Prepare and ensure that submission of reports is done on a timely basis
  • Preparation of monthly management report and financial analysis.
  • Handle all corporate tax and GST matters.
. Responsible for statutory audits, tax compliance & related reporting.
  • Liaise with external auditors, company secretary & tax agent.
  • Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts
  • Ensure collections from customers are prompt and not exceed credit limit
  • Ensuring payments for suppliers are prompt and do not exceed credit limit.
. Review & preparation of banking documents such as LC, TR, invoice financing etc
  • Responsible for monthly, Quarterly & Annual financial budget reports.
  • Responsible for HR Payroll
. Responsible for HR recruitment matters inclusive of various passes applications.

Requirements
  • Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Familiar with Dynamic Office 365 will be an advantage
. Familiar with Government Grant claim will be an advantage . Good working attitude and team player
  • Good Leadership
. Able to work with tight timeline
  • Detailed, meticulous and able to multi-task
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
Package . S$4.8-5.3k (Experience dependence) . 5 days week . Annual Leave
